  • Order: Refers to any service request placed via phone, email, or the website. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment via credit/debit card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other approved methods.

Return Policy

Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, we do not accept returns on fulfilled orders. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of any deliverables (e.g., editing or formatting), we will revise the content at no additional cost, provided it does not deviate from the original order requirements.

Revisions

Revisions are offered under the following terms:

  • Timeline: Requests must be submitted within 5-10 days after delivery.
  • Process: Contact your assigned project manager via email for revisions.
  • Ownership: All final deliverables are provided in editable formats and are the intellectual property of the client.

Refund Policy

We evaluate refunds case-by-case and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

  • Change of Mind: No refund will be granted once a project has begun or services have been partially or fully delivered.
  • Incompetent Delivery: If we fail to meet agreed project requirements, we offer unlimited revisions. If unsatisfied after revisions, a partial refund may be issued.
  • Late Delivery: Refunds may be considered if delivery is delayed due to our fault and documented evidence supports the claim.

Time Frame

Refunds must be requested within 10 days of the initial delivery and only if no revisions have been requested. Requests after this time will not be entertained.

Exclusions

No refunds will be granted for:

  • Minor grammatical or stylistic errors
  • Delays due to client inaction
  • Complaints about word count or format after delivery

Processing

  • Refunds may take 7-15 business days to process.
  • A processing fee of $50 or 5% of the total amount (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
  • Refunds will be returned via the original payment method and confirmed by email.

Service & Price Modifications

Book Looms Publishers Publication reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update pricing or services at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any changes, suspensions, or terminations.

Governing Law
